The Madras Garden Club Memorial Rose Garden is located at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. We maintain the garden from June to November. Anyone in Jefferson County can purchase a rose bush and have it planted in memory of a loved one. We purchase and plant a rose bush and place a bronze marker noting the memorialized person in front of each plant. We do this for a fee of $45.00 per plant. The color choice of the rose is made by you. The garden is open to the public anytime the fairgrounds are open. A garden bench is available for reflection and meditation.
